رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَلِ رَبِّ إِنِّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانْتَصِرْ
Transliteration:
Rabbi a'udhu bika minal hammi wal hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal 'ajzi wal kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal jubni wal bukhli, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid daini wa qahrir rijali. Rabbi inni maghlubun فانتasir.
Translation:
"O Allah, I seek refuge with You from grief and distress, from weakness and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from being heavily in debt and from being overpowered by men. O Allah, I am defeated, so make me victorious."
